How to reach us?
Just an hour and a half drive from Zagreb and Zadar and only 8 kilometres from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, which means that the resort is within reach of the magical place that stretches over 16 lakes.
Next to our camp is the main state road that leads to Dalmatia (D-1), which is one of the main connections between the Eastern Europe and the Adriatic Sea. If you are on your way to the middle or south Adriatic, it is impossible to miss the camp, from whichever direction you are coming.

Arrival by car:
Arriving by car to Plitvice Holiday Resort is fairly easy. The A1 highway (Zagreb – Split) includes clear signs for the exit to Plitvice Lakes, and thus to the Plitvice Holiday Resort.
If you are arriving from the direction of Zadar or Split, you will have to exit the highway in Gornja Ploča at the exit 13. After exiting, you will still need to travel for about 65 km to the national park or 73 km to the resort by using the state road D-1 (Zagreb-Split). The drive from Zadar lasts an hour and a half, and from Split around two and a half hours.
If you are arriving from the direction of Zagreb, the easiest way is to exit the highway at exit 3 in Karlovac, and after exiting the highway you have an another 80 km drive on the state road D-1 (Zagreb-Split). The drive from Zagreb lasts around an hour and a half. Distance from Karlovac is 70 km.
If you are arriving from the direction of Rijeka, you have two different options: to take a highway road to Ogulin, and then the state road D-42 (Ogulin – Saborsko – Rakovica) or the E-65 road to Senj and then state roads D-23 (Senj – Žuta Lokva), D-50 (Žuta Lokva – Otočac) and D-52 (Otočac – Korenica). This drive lasts around two hours.
Arrival by bus:
Throughout the year, there are bus departures to Plitvice Lakes, as well as to the Plitvice Holiday Resort: from Zadar, Zagreb, Split and Rijeka. During the wintertime, the number of daily departures is more limited, but during summer months, the number of departures is considerably higher. The bus station is located in front of the Plitvice Holiday Resort in Grabovac.
Arrival by plane:
Near the Plitvice Lakes, there is no commercial airport. Airline companies offer flights to airports in Zagreb, Zadar, Split or Krk (Rijeka).
Arrival by train:
Unfortunately, taking the train to Plitvice Lakes is not the best option. The nearest railway station is in Karlovac, from where you can take the bus to Plitvice. From other railway stations, there is no connection and you should use a taxi. Therefore, arriving by train to Plitvice Lakes is actually not possible.
